ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: TF90263

1. Place the base (A) on a level surface.

2. Screw lower column (B) into base (A).

3. Screw center column (C) onto lower column (B).

4. Screw upper column (D) onto center column (C).

5. Screw arm (E) onto upper column (D).

6. Place shade (G) over socket (F) and tighten socket ring (H),

securing shade in place.

7. Insert bulb into bulb socket

Recommended (1) maximum 100 WATT, Type “A” Bulb

Or (1) maximum 23Watt CFL Bulb

(Bulb not included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.

Do not use abrasives
